The Association of General And Private Medical Practitioners of Nigeria (AGPMPN), has honoured a member of the National Assembly, Senator Tolu Odebiyi, with Legislator Recognition Award.
The Association bestowed the honour on the Senator representing Ogun West Senatorial District in recognition of his giant strides in community development and empowerment as well as his outstanding sevice to humanity in Nigeria.
The Award was presented to the Senator at a ceremony to mark AGPMPN’s centenary anniversary held in Abuja Thursday evening.
The Association also thanked Senator Odebiyi for his live-saving interventions during the ravaging COVID-19 pandemic in his Senatorial District and for paying special attention to health care delivery in Nigeria.
Other prominent personalities who were honoured alongside Odebiyi were former Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Chairman, Prof. Maurice Iwu and founder of Trinitas International Hospital and Las Vegas Pain Institute and Medical Centre, USA, Dr. Godwin Maduka.
