The NBA Constitution Review Committee under the Chairmanship of Chief Asamah Kadiri SAN, having completed its assignment submitted the Proposed Amendments to the Constitution of the Nigerian Bar Association 2015 (as amended in 2021) to the General Secretary, in accordance with the provisions of the NBA Constitution.
Notice is hereby given to all members of the Nigerian Bar Association that the Proposed Amendments shall be tabled for consideration and voting at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of our great Association on the 31st of August, 2023.
Please find attached herewith the proposed amendments for your record and review.
