Early Bird Registration For 2025 NBA Annual General Conference Closes – Regular Registration Now Open

The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Annual General Conference Planning Committee (AGCPC) has officially closed the early bird registration window for the highly anticipated 2025 Annual General Conference (AGC).
In a statement, the AGCPC expressed appreciation to members who took advantage of the early bird registration, acknowledging their commitment to the NBA and its premier event.
The committee also addressed technical issues encountered on the registration portal, apologizing for any inconvenience caused. It confirmed that the platform is now fully functional.
The early bird registration, initially set to close on February 28, 2025, was extended until March 31 following approval from the NBA National Executive Council (NEC). By the deadline, a total of 9,180 participants had successfully registered. The breakdown is as follows:
- 1-9 years post-call: 3,652
- 10-19 years post-call: 3,549
- 20 years and above: 1,772
- Senior Advocates of Nigeria (SANs), Benchers, and Attorneys General: 176
- Magistrates: 19
- Senior lawyers (70+ years & 40 years post-call): 12
While the early bird phase has ended, the AGCPC encourages members who have not yet registered to take advantage of the ongoing regular registration period. The 2025 AGC is set to deliver insightful discussions, networking opportunities, and Continuing Legal Education sessions to enhance professional growth.
The committee also reassured participants that preparations are in place to deliver a memorable conference experience, with the final venue decision pending NBA NEC approval.
