Former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode, is billed to appear before Justice O.O Abike-Fadipe of the Special Offences Court in Ikeja, today.
Back in November, the former Aviation Minister was arrested by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for allegedly forging a medical report during his trial for money laundering at the Federal High Court, Lagos.
The EFCC claimed that Fani-Kayode procured one Dr Ogieva Oziegbe to issue a fake medical report, which he allegedly tendered before the Federal High Court in his ongoing money laundering trial.
Fani-Kayode was pictured arriving court today for his arraignment before Justice O. O. Abike-Fadipe of Lagos Special Offences Court, Ikeja over forgery of medical report.
