Unity Bar Takes Members Hiking

The Abuja branch (Unity Bar) of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), recently embarked on its monthly fitness session for members.

This month’s installment saw branch members of all ages, hiking through the Wuye mountains and rocks.
The activity peaked at the mountain top with aerobics, fun games, and dancing.

Chairman of the branch, Afam Okeke, Esq  led the fun-packed and memorable event. According to him, the branch would continue to initiate and support activities which would promote the well being of members.

This highly anticipated monthly event of the Unity Bar, also creates room for members to network and  relieve stress.

Speaking to The Metro Lawyer (TML), one of the attendees said that such events foster peace and unity and should be highly encouraged across board.
