The NBA President’s dinner was memorable, during the dinner, I took a moment to reflect on how far we had come as an association. As a thoroughbred man of the Bar, I have witnessed the significant strides made over the years.
The Nigerian Bar Association is the largest Bar in West Africa with members from different backgrounds, worldviews, and aspirations.
Relating with this diverse group requires respect, tolerance, and empathy.
The legal profession remains a noble profession and Lawyers are the watchdog of the society.
There is still a lot to be done but I took a moment to appreciate the progress made by the past and present leadership of the prestigious association.
Together, we can get it right.
