A Yenagoa-based lawyer has made a passionate appeal for rules regarding code of dressing for lawyers in the area to be amended, because of the peculiarity of the situation in which lawyers in Bayelsa state have found themselves.
In a trending video, the lawyer said he and his colleagues have been wading through water in flooded streets to go to court. He therefore appealed that the rules be amended to enable lawyers in the area to wear shorts and rubber slippers to court.
