Goodwill message from Y.C. MAIKYAU, SAN; Chairman, NBA Welfare Committee to newly sworn-in Acting Chief Judge of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, and Khadis of the Sharia Court of Appeal

I have the honor and privilege of joining the Bar and the Bench to warmly congratulate His Lordship, Hon. Justice Husseini Baba-Yusuf on his appointment as Acting-Chief Judge of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja; and their Lordships, Salisu Garba, Bashir Danmaisule, Muhammad A. Sadis, Lawal Sule and Abdullahi Adam Al-Ilorin, as Khadis of the Sharia Court of Appeal of the FCT.

The Judiciary continues to be the bastion of our values, liberty, and cohesion as a Nation and these appointments place even higher burdens on your Lordships to double your efforts to live up to your Oaths of Office.

I pray for divine wisdom, courage and good health to enable your Lordships faithfully discharge the Constitutional duties of your hallowed offices. Amen!
