Supreme Court Denies Reports 5 Judges Withdrew From Atiku. Obi’s Electoral Cases Against Tinubu
The Supreme Court of Nigeria has dismissed claims that some judges withdrew from the electoral cases of Peter Obi and Alhaji Atiku Abubakar against President Bola Tinubu.
Some online sites claimed that five of the seven Justices withdrew from the case, causing a court crisis.
The Supreme Court says the panel is ready to hear cases on Monday, October 23.
