Past National Officer of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Okey Leo Ohagba, has congratulated the leadership ahead of the 2025 Annual General Conference.

The conference, themed “Stand Out, Stand Tall,” holds in Enugu, the Coal City State, and will attract lawyers across Nigeria. According to Ohagba, the theme emphasises courage, boldness, excellence, and integrity—qualities essential for defending the rule of law and justice.

He urged lawyers to rise above present challenges and embrace greater exploits in service to the legal profession and Nigerian society. The former national officer noted that the conference would inspire lawyers through sessions led by globally renowned speakers and facilitators.

The 2025 conference is expected to feature plenary sessions, workshops, exhibitions, and networking opportunities for thousands of delegates. It will also serve as a platform to address critical issues affecting justice delivery, democracy, and the legal profession.

Ohagba wished all conferees safe travels and a fulfilling experience in Enugu. He encouraged participants to stand out, stand tall, and return to their practices reenergised to uphold justice and professional ethics.
