Shuttle Services Assured For NBA-AGC 2025 Delegates

The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) has assured all delegates attending the 2025 Annual General Conference of seamless transportation arrangements.

According to the Planning Committee, reliable shuttle services will be provided to ease movement between designated hotels and the conference venue. The initiative is part of efforts to ensure convenience, punctuality, and smooth participation in one of the largest gatherings of lawyers.

Committee Chairman, Chief Akajiugo Emeka Obegolu, SAN, confirmed the arrangements in a statement released ahead of the event in Enugu. He said the transportation plan represents the Association’s commitment to making the 2025 Conference a comfortable and stress-free experience for delegates.

He also explained that buses will operate on carefully mapped routes with each journey lasting no more than 30 minutes to the centre. Delegates have been advised to remain assured of timely and coordinated movement throughout the duration of the Annual General Conference.

The shuttle service plan is designed to minimise delays, reduce congestion, and create a more efficient flow of participants every day. According to officials, dedicated volunteers will also assist with coordination at pick-up points, ensuring no delegate is left stranded.

The NBA Planning Committee described the transport arrangements as the outcome of months of detailed planning and inter-agency collaboration in Enugu.
They also highlighted the role of security operatives, who will work closely with shuttle operators to guarantee safety and orderliness.

This year’s conference, themed “Stand Out, Stand Tall,” will bring together senior advocates, judges, academics, and international guests for intensive discussions. It is expected to attract thousands of participants and will feature plenary sessions, workshops, exhibitions, and networking opportunities for legal professionals.

The NBA emphasised that the shuttle service symbolises its commitment to hospitality, inclusivity, and effective logistics for every attending delegate.
