A past Chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association, Abuja Branch (Unity Bar) High Chief Uyeh Ogedengbe, has passed on.
Ogedengbe, who was Chairman of NBA Unity Bar died in the late evening of Saturday, 7th May 2022 at the National Hospital Abuja, of an undisclosed ailment.
A statement made available to The Metro Lawyer (TML) news desk titled, “NOTICE OF DEMISE OF OUR PAST CHAIRMAN-HIGH CHIEF UYEH OGEDENGBE” and signed by the Secretary of the branch, Prince Adebiyi Adetosoye, announced his death.

It is with sadness and a heavy heart that the executive council of the NBA Abuja branch (Unity Bar) announce the demise of a past chairman of the NBA Abuja Branch (Unity Bar) in the person of High Chief Uyeh Ogedengbe popularly known as the GOC who past on to glory an hour ago at the National Hospital, Abuja.
Details of the burial arrangements and other activities will be communicated to members as soon as it is out.
