Nigerian Law School Class Of 2003 Announces Reunion Dinner

Starting Friday 25th August, the city of Abuja will welcome Lawyers from around the world as it plays host to the Annual General Conference of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA).
In what is set to be the most historic reunion of 2023, members of the Nigerian Law School Class of 2003 will be reuniting after over 2 decades of graduation.
Speaking with The Metro Lawyer (TML), Chairman of the reunion planning committee, Ikechuku Maledo said the high profile reunion dinner promises to be one to remember.
“It is our Call to Bar anniversary and our reunion. This event which is set to hold on Tuesday 29th August at the executive hall of the International Conference Center (ICC) Abuja, will feature a red carpet session as well as the inauguration of the recently elected executive” he said.
Explaining the purpose of the event, Maledo said it is basically to reconnect, recharge, relive memories and create new ones. “We would like to see how we can begin to forge alliances professionally and otherwise”.
The Nigerian Law School 2003 is indeed a spectacular group as it boasts of the most unique cocktail of notable lawyers amongst whom are 7 Senior Advocates of Nigeria; several judges and magistrates including 2 of the newly appointed Federal High Court Judges; the current Abia State Attorney General and Commissioner of Justice, Ikechukwu Uwanna; Chairperson of the National Agency for Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons and Other Related Matters (NAPTIP), Fatima Waziri-Azi; numerous legislators; award winning actor and film producer, Femi Adebayo, and the dynamic duo of humanitarians and journalists of note, Ogechukwu Ochuba and Teyojesam Eko of The Metro Lawyer (TML).
