Nigerian Immigration Lawyers Association Congratulates HRM Obi (Prof.) Epiphany Azinge On Forthcoming Enthronement As Asagba Of Asaba

 

The Nigerian Immigration Lawyers Association (NILA) has extended heartfelt congratulations to its President, HRM Obi (Prof.) Epiphany Azinge, OON, SAN, FCIMC, FNILA, ahead of his enthronement as the 14th Asagba of Asaba, scheduled for October 5, 2024, at the Asagba’s Palace and Ogwa Ukwu in Asaba, Delta State.

In a statement signed by NILA officials, Prince Ebere Nwokoro, FCArb, FNILA and Dr. Roland Otaru, SAN, FCArb, FNILA, the association lauded Azinge’s leadership qualities, describing his selection as “a testament to his exceptional contributions to the community.”

“Your distinguished career as a legal luminary, Chairman Board of Trustees & President of the Nigerian Immigration Lawyers Association, President of the Commonwealth Arbitral Tribunal, and former Director General of the Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies has prepared you well for this esteemed role,” the statement read.

NILA further expressed joy for the people of Asaba and Nigeria as a whole, wishing the monarch a peaceful and prosperous reign. “We rejoice with the people of Asaba, Delta State, and Nigeria as you embark on this new journey. May your reign bring peace, prosperity, and growth to the Asaba Kingdom,” NILA added.

The association concluded its message with best wishes for the Asagba on this momentous occasion.
