Nigerian Chambers of Commerce Dispute Resolution Center Extends Invitation to NBA Members for ADR Training
In an effort to enhance skills and knowledge in handling labor disputes through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), the Nigerian Chambers of Commerce Dispute Resolution Center (NCC-DRC) has extended an invitation to members of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) for an upcoming training session.
The details for the training are as follows:
- Date: 27th February 2024
- Venue: Dele Oye Hall, Abuja Trade and Convention Center, Km-8, Umaru Musa Yar’Adua Expressway, Airport Road, Lugbe, Abuja.
- Time: 11:00 am
- Training Fee: N50,000 per individual
This training aims to provide practical knowledge and skills in integrating ADR mechanisms for negotiating labor disputes. Acknowledging the increasing complexities of workplace conflicts, the incorporation of ADR techniques has proven to be an effective and efficient method for dispute resolution. It not only facilitates better relationships but also enhances overall organizational productivity.
The content of the training has been specifically curated to address the unique challenges encountered in negotiating disputes involving the Federal Government, Labor Unions, and other institutions.
