New Legal Practitioners Remuneration Order 2023 Signed Into Law
The Legal Practitioners Remuneration (For Business, Legal Services, and Representation) Order 2023 was officially signed into law on May 16, 2023, by the Honorable Attorney General of the Federation and Minister for Justice. Acting in his capacity as Chairman of the Legal Practitioners Remuneration Committee under Section 15(3) of the Legal Practitioners Act, he has introduced extensive provisions regarding the remuneration of legal practitioners, particularly for litigation services.
