Olumide Akpata, the President of the Nigerian Bar Association, is set to marry his longtime girlfriend, Osayamon Ogbebor Michelle May.
The traditional wedding will be held this Saturday 14th May, in Benin City, Edo state, while the white wedding will be held on October 2nd, 2022, in Mauritius.
Michelle who hails from the Ogbebor Family of Bini Kingdom, Edo State, has a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from the Queen Mary University of London and a Bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B) from the University of Essex.
Akpata is the first non-Senior Advocate of Nigeria President of the Nigerian Bar Association, a position which he assumed in July 2020.[
