NBA President Attends Dinner In Honour Of Retiring Chief Judge of Kwara State (PICTURE STORY)
In the pictures below, the President of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Mr Y. C. Maikyau OON, SAN is seen in a relaxed mode yesterday, 3rd of January 2023 as he attended a dinner in honour of Hon. Justice Sulyman D. Kawu, the Chief Judge of Kwara State at his residence in Ilorin.
By virtue of S. 291 (2) of the Nigerian Constitution, the Chief Judge who ceases to hold office today upon attaining the retirement age of 65 years, will also have a Valedictory Court Session held in his honour this morning, 4th January, 2023 during a special court session to mark the beginning of the 2022/2023 legal year of the Kwara State judiciary.
