The Nigerian Bar Association has extended the deadline for submission of memoranda in respect of constitution review.
A statement signed by the association’s General Secretary, Adesina Adegbite indicates that the new deadline is 11:59pm on Saturday, 3rd June 2023.

“We have received reports from some of our colleagues that they are unable to get their memoranda across to the Constitution Review Committee due to non-delivery of emails to the Committee’s official email address. In view of this development, the Committee has graciously agreed to extend the deadline for submission of memoranda by 48hours (i.e. latest by 11:59pm on Saturday, 3rd June 2023).
Anyone who still desires to submit a memorandum is hereby advised to forward the same to – info@nigerianbar.org.ng, not later than the new deadline.
We urge our colleagues to use this window of 48hours extension to forward their memoranda to the secretariat accordingly.”
