NBA AGC 2025 Preliminary Programme Unveiled

The Nigerian Bar Association has released the preliminary programme for its 2025 Annual General Conference scheduled for Enugu.

From August 22 to 29, 2025, the International Conference Centre, Enugu, will host thousands of lawyers and global leaders.

The NBA described the conference as more than an event, emphasising it as a turning point for the Nigerian legal profession.

The programme highlights Enugu as both venue and symbol, representing a return to purpose and a rebirth of vision.

On Friday, August 22, activities will begin with registration and Jumat prayers at the conference venue.

Saturday will feature a health walk and the NBA National Executive Council meeting, creating space for fitness and governance.

Sunday promises spiritual reflection, an official opening ceremony, and a cocktail evening for delegates to connect and unwind.

From Monday to Thursday, plenary and breakout sessions will dominate the programme alongside the President’s Dinner and sectional AGMs.

The week will also feature UNBARRED, an entertainment highlight designed to blend relaxation with professional networking.

Friday will mark the official departure of participants after days of robust engagement, bold ideas, and transformative discussions.

According to the NBA-AGC Planning Committee, the programme reflects the association’s commitment to strengthening networks and shaping the Bar’s future. The committee assured delegates that the conference will ignite ideas, deepen connections, and define the next chapter of legal practice.
