The Muslim Lawyers Association of Nigeria (MULAN), FCT Abuja Chapter, has announced the postponement of its monthly general meeting for August, originally scheduled for tomorrow, August 1, 2024.

The decision comes in light of the impending national protest that is set to commence tomorrow. The protest, which has garnered significant attention, has prompted MULAN to reschedule the meeting to ensure the safety of its members.

The new date for the August 2024 General Meeting is now set for next week, Thursday, August 8, 2024.

“We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this announcement may cause,” said Mohammed Adama, Secretary of the MULAN FCT Abuja Chapter. “This decision is made with the safety of our members in mind.”

MULAN extends its gratitude for the continued support and understanding of its members and hopes for Allah SWT’s intervention in national affairs.
