Mazi Afam Osigwe Sympathizes With NBA Ikot Ekpene Branch Over Members’ Involvement In Accident

The Chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association Annual General Conference Planning Committee, Mazi Afam Osigwe, SAN has in a statement this evening sympathized with members of NBA Ikot Ekpene Branch, on the sad incidence of an accident which occurred in Enugu, on their way back from the 2023 Annual General Conference.

Osigwe who wished the victims of the accident a speedy and complete recovery had this to say:

I am deeply saddened to hear about the accident involving our colleagues of the Ikot Ekpene Branch of the Nigerian Bar Association, that occurred in Enugu,  on their journey back from the NBA Annual Conference in Abuja. While we are relieved to hear that no lives were lost, we understand that five of our colleagues sustained injuries and have been taken to the hospital.

Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with every one of you during this challenging time. We understand that accidents can be traumatic and recovery can be a difficult process, both physically and emotionally. We want you to know that we stand by your side, offering our full support, encouragement, and strength as you navigate through this situation.

I wish our injured colleagues a speedy and complete recovery. May their strength and determination inspire us all. Let’s continue to stand together as a strong community, supporting one another through both joys and challenges.
