“Late Hon. Justice Kaumi Muhammad Kolo Was Selfless In His Service To The Bench And Bar”- Y. C. Maikyau, S.A.N

Condolence message from Y.C. MAIKYAU, SAN; Chairman, NBA Welfare Committee to the Borno State Judiciary and NBA Maiduguri and Biu Branches on the demise of Hon. Justice Kaumi Muhammad Kolo (Former Chief Judge of Borno State)
It is with a deep sense of loss but total submission to the Supreme Will of The Almighty God that I commiserate with the family, friends, Borno State Judiciary, the Maiduguri and Biu Branches of the NBA on the demise of His Lordship, Honorable Justice Kaumi Muhammad Kolo.
His Lordship’s rise from the bottom of the ladder in Borno State Judiciary as Clerk, to head the third arm of the Government of Borno State as Chief Judge, is a testimony to his hard work, resilience, dedication and commitment. During his time in office, His Lordship was selfless in his service to the Bench and Bar. Despite retirement, His Lordship continued to enjoy the goodwill and reverence of both the members of Bar and Bench, within and outside the State, even now in death.
May His Lordship’s gentle soul Rest In Peace, and May God grant his family, the Judiciary and the NBA Branches of Maiduguri and Biu, the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss. Amen!
Y.C. Maikyau, SAN, FCIArb.
Chairman NBA Welfare Committee.
