The House of Representatives Committee on Intergovernmental Affairs is organizing a Public Hearing on the Motion: DANGEROUS EFFECT OF SPORT BETTING AND THE NEED FOR THE NATIONAL LOTTERY REGULATORY COMMISSION TO COMPLY WITH THE LOTTERY REGULATORY COMMISSION ACT, 2005
The hearing is scheduled to take place as follows:

As stakeholders in the Industry, lawyers are invited and requested to forward memoranda, comments or proposals to the Head, Legal Regulatory and Compliance Department of the NBA, Ayodeji Oni, via ayodeji.oni@nigerianbar.org.ng or +234 803 345 2825.
These submissions will be critical to the preparation and submission of a memo on behalf of the association to the committee.
All submissions must be made before the close of work on Monday, 6th May, 2024.
