Today, December 10, the world comes together to honour Human Rights Day, a momentous occasion that marks the anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR).

Proclaimed in 1948, the UDHR stands as a universal pledge to protect the inalienable rights of every human being, irrespective of race, religion, gender, nationality, or any other status.
