INEC Application To Reconfigure The BVAS Is An Attempt To Destroy Evidence – LP Lawyer, Ikpeazu [VIDEO]

Peter Obi’s lawyer, Onyechi Ikpeazu (SAN) gives an update on his client’s lawsuit against the 2023 presidential election.

Ikpeazu who spoke to journalists, said INEC’s application to be allowed to reconfigure the BVAS is an attempt to destroy physical evidence.

Peter Obi lead legal Counsel Onyechi Ikpeazu (SAN) said INEC attempted to wipe out important evidence from the BVAS by asking that they be allowed to reconfigure the BVAS .

He said such request if granted would have jeopardized their effort to reclaim Peter Obi’s Mandate .
