Immediate Past NBA Abuja Chairman, Afam Okeke Sends Best Wishes To NEC Members In Akure [PHOTOS]

As members of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) National Executive Council (NEC) gather in Akure, Ondo State, for their meeting, Afamefuna O. Okeke, Esq., Chairman of the NBA Abuja Branch (2022-2024), has extended his best wishes for a successful and impactful deliberation.

In a statement on Thursday, Okeke expressed hope that the meeting would promote the Rule of Law, strengthen unity within the Association, and contribute to expanding and protecting legal practice in Nigeria. He emphasized that the resolutions reached should ultimately enhance the welfare of NBA members.

“I wish the NEC members peaceful and robust deliberations. May the resolutions promote the Rule of Law, unity in the Association, expand and protect our practice space, and ultimately enhance the welfare of our members,” he stated.

Okeke also prayed for God’s protection over all NEC members, wishing them safe travels back to their respective destinations.

The NEC meeting, a key decision-making gathering of the NBA, is expected to address pressing issues within the legal profession and set the direction for the Association’s activities in the coming months.
