The Electoral Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association (ECNBA) has issued a call for proposals for the selection of an Election Service Provider (ESP) to facilitate the upcoming elections scheduled for the 20th of July 2024.

With the mandate to oversee the elections to the National Offices of the NBA and the NBA Representatives to the General Council of the Bar, the ECNBA is seeking an ESP to provide an Electronic Voting platform. This platform will enable electronic voting in accordance with the NBA Constitution and will cover all aspects of the electoral process and post-election activities.

Interested parties are required to submit their proposals, following the guidelines outlined in the Request for Proposal (RFP), to the Secretary of the ECNBA no later than the 18th of April 2024.

The ECNBA Notice, which contains submission guidelines and other necessary requirements, has been circulated to stakeholders. This move underscores the ECNBA’s commitment to ensuring a transparent and efficient electoral process for the Nigerian Bar Association.

As the preparations for the elections progress, the selection of a capable Election Service Provider will play a crucial role in facilitating a smooth and credible electoral exercise.
