The President of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Yakubu Chonoko Maikyau, OON, SAN has, subject to the ratification of the National Executive Council (NEC), constituted the Editorial Board and Journal Committee of the NBA.
The Nigerian Bar Association Editorial Board, which is set up pursuant to Section 15 of the Constitution of the NBA, 2015 (as amended), shall have the power to publish the NBA Law Journals on behalf of the Association, in line with NBA’s aims and objectives set out in Section 3 of the Constitution.
The members of the Editorial Board are:

The NBA Journal Committee is expected to work under the direction of the Editorial Board, for the publication of the NBA Journal as required by the Constitution.
