The conference began with a powerful panel session moderated by Omono Blessing Omaghomi, bringing together distinguished experts Daniel Wilmot, a partner at Stewarts, and Emokiniovo Dafe-Akpedeye, the managing partner at Compose Mentis LP.
Both speakers, highly regarded in ADR and arbitration, shared their perspectives on the essential skills and techniques necessary for effective cross-examination in arbitration settings.
