Breaking: Resident Doctors Declare 7-Day Warning Strike Over Kidnapped Colleague

The Nigerian Association of Resident Doctors (NARD) has announced a 7-day warning strike starting on Monday in a bid to demand the release of their kidnapped colleague, Dr. Ganiyat Popoola. Dr. Popoola has been held captive for over eight months, prompting the association to take this drastic step to draw attention to her plight.
NARD expressed deep concern over the prolonged abduction and called on the authorities to expedite efforts to secure Dr. Popoola’s safe return. The strike is intended to put pressure on the government and relevant agencies to act swiftly to ensure her release.
