Breaking: FG Disburses New Round Of Student Loans To 40 Institutions

 

 

The Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND) has disbursed student loans to 40 additional institutions, bringing the total number of beneficiaries to 59.

In an announcement posted on NELFUND’s X (formerly Twitter) account on Friday, September 6, 2024, the organization shared the update, stating:

“NELFUND is pleased to announce that it has successfully disbursed Student Loans to 40 additional institutions, bringing the total disbursements to institutions to 59. This expansion marks a significant milestone in NELFUND’s ongoing commitment to providing access to quality education for all Nigerian students, regardless of their financial circumstances.”

The expansion is seen as a major step in ensuring more Nigerian students benefit from the government’s educational loan initiative.
