BREAKING: Afam Osigwe, SAN Co-Opts 150 Members Into NBA’s NEC 2024-2026
The President of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Mazi Afam Osigwe, SAN has announced the co-option of 150 distinguished members into its National Executive Council (NEC) for the 2024-2026 tenure. The decision was approved during the NEC meeting held on November 7, 2024, in Enugu.
The co-option, made in accordance with Section 8(1)(e) of the NBA Constitution (2015, as amended in 2021), aims to strengthen the council’s capacity and ensure robust contributions to the association’s activities and governance.
NBA President, Mazi Afam Osigwe, SAN, expressed his congratulations to the newly co-opted members, emphasising the importance of their roles.
“I congratulate all members on their well-deserved appointment and look forward to their impactful contributions to our noble association,” he stated.
