Bobrisky Moved From Ikoyi To Kirikiri Prison

New developments have surfaced regarding the case of Idris Okuneye, famously known as Bobrisky, who was recently sentenced to a six-month jail term for abusing the Naira. Reports indicate that he has been transferred from the Ikoyi Correctional Center to the Kirikiri Prison by the Nigerian Correctional Service (NCS).
Contrary to earlier reports suggesting that Bobrisky remained at the Ikoyi Correctional Centre, a reliable source within the Nigerian Correctional Service (NCS) disclosed to LEADERSHIP that the cross-dresser was discreetly moved to Kirikiri Prison over the weekend.
Explaining the rationale behind the transfer, the source emphasized that Kirikiri Prison offers a more extensive facility compared to the Ikoyi Correctional Center, thus making it a procedural move.
Furthermore, the source cited security considerations as a driving factor for Bobrisky’s discreet relocation to Kirikiri Prison, where he is now serving his sentence.
It would be recalled that Justice Abimbola Awogboro of the Federal High Court in Lagos handed down the six-month imprisonment sentence to Bobrisky.
