Auta Nyada Felicitates With NBA Minna Branch On Its Law Week

A past Secretary of the Young Lawyers Forum (YLF) Governing Council and Member, Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) National Welfare Committee, Auta Nyada has congratulated the Minna branch of the Nigerian Bar Association on the occasion of her law week.
See his goodwill message below:
The Nigerian Bar Association – Minna Branch, has been known to be profoundly committed to raising the Bar, promoting a law abiding society, furthering and ensuring the institutionalisation of democratic principles in all spheres of Nigeria’s institutions and sectors. It is unsurprising that the theme of its 2022 Law week is dubbed: “Law and Democracy: Progress, Challenges & Prospects”, which is laudably apt and in the interest of nation-building at a time the country seems disintegrating.
Law and Democracy in Nigeria have suffered like abandoned indigent orphan, striving for survival against plethora of colossal odds; yet, scorched constantly and dried out by the burning heat of fiendish governance and leadership at various spheres of different times.
A discourse bordering on the theme of your Bar Weekwould certainly proffer solutions to challenges plaguing Law and Democracy in Nigeria, and define loftily practicable prospects for the wholesome progress of Nigeria’s Law and Democracy.
It is with warm affection for the Minna Bar that I felicitate the Chairman, Executive Members and Members of the Minna Bar on the occasion of celebrating her auspicious Bar Week, and bid all (both Bar men and guests) a grand and fruitful Bar Week celebration, wishing you all divine providence and protection as you go about your activities.
Once again, congratulations!
Long Live the NBA Minna Branch!
Long Live the Nigerian Bar Association!
Long Live Niger State!
Long Live the Federal Republic of Nigeria!
Auta Nyada, Esq.
