Al-Bashir Lawal Likko Emerges Chairman As MULAN, Abuja Chapter Elects New Executive Committee (PHOTOS,VIDEOS)

The Muslim Lawyers Association of Nigeria (MULAN), FCT-Abuja Branch, has inaugurated its newly elected council members after the during a ceremony held after the association’s Annual General Meeting.

Alh. Al-Bashir L. Likko, Esq. was sworn in as the Chairman, with Abdullahi Abdurrahman Isezuo, Esq. as the Branch Secretary, alongside 10 other executive members.

The inauguration marked the successful conclusion of the tenure of Y. D. Dangana, SAN, and Haj. Muhammad Adama along with other outgoing executives, whose leadership was celebrated for their dedication and service.

The event followed the presentation of a detailed report by the Shura Committee, chaired by Dr. Nurain Taiwo Hassan Dindi, which emphasised the transparent and consultative process that led to the emergence of the new leadership.

The newly inaugurated executives pledged to build on the achievements of their predecessors, strengthening the association’s commitment to justice, professional excellence, and ethical values in MULAN and the legal community at large.
