AfBA Extends Early Bird Registration By 14 Days To Ease Delegate Participation

The African Bar Association (AfBA) has announced a 14-day extension for early bird registration to accommodate intending delegates facing technical challenges.
AfBA President, High Chief Ibrahim Eddy Mark, made the announcement in Abuja on Wednesday, July 31, 2025. He stated that the extension was in response to numerous requests from prospective attendees who experienced difficulties during the initial registration period.
The early bird extension will run from August 1 to August 14, 2025. According to the AfBA leadership, the move aims to reduce stress and allow more delegates to register at subsidized rates.
“We have taken cognizance of the fact that many people encountered problems while trying to register. As an association, we want as many members to attend the conference with less stress,” High Chief Mark said.
He encouraged prospective delegates to take advantage of the revised timeline, emphasizing that the extension provides a fresh window for seamless registration.
The AfBA President expressed hope that the early bird extension would ease the process and boost attendance at the forthcoming conference.
Delegates are urged to complete their registration within the new 14-day period to enjoy the benefits of early bird packages, including discounted rates and conference materials.
Organizers reaffirmed their commitment to ensuring a smooth and inclusive process ahead of the annual gathering of legal professionals across Africa.
This year’s conference promises robust legal discourse, networking opportunities, and engagement with key policy issues on the continent.
AfBA concluded by encouraging participants not to wait until the last minute, as the early bird window will not be extended further beyond August 14.
