Abductors Of Slain Anambra Lawmaker Azuka Withdrew N100 Million Before Killing Him – Chude Nnamdi

Human rights activist and social media influencer, Chude Nnamdi, has revealed that the kidnappers of Hon. Justice Azuka, a member of the Anambra State House of Assembly, withdrew N100 million from his bank account before murdering him.
In a post on his verified social media page on Friday, February 7, 2025, Nnamdi claimed that the six-man gang carried out the financial transaction with the assistance of a nurse based in Asaba, Delta State.
According to Nnamdi, the six kidnappers, along with their native doctor, who allegedly provided them with charms, and the nurse who facilitated the withdrawal, have all been arrested.
He alleged that the gang leader resided with the native doctor in his shrine in Asaba.
“The kidnappers that killed Hon. Justice Azuka collected N100 million from his account before shooting him twice in the head on December 26, 2024. A nurse in Asaba helped them withdraw the money.
“A native doctor in Asaba prepared charms for them. Their leader lived with the native doctor inside his shrine. All six gang members, none older than 30, have been arrested. The nurse was also arrested, and her pharmacy sealed.”
Nnamdi further alleged that the gang’s modus operandi involved killing all their victims after extorting them, revealing that at least three other decomposing bodies were found near the 2nd Niger Bridge, where the lawmaker’s remains were discovered.
Efforts to obtain confirmation from the Anambra State Police Command were unsuccessful, as Police Public Relations Officer, SP Tochukwu Ikenga, neither answered calls nor responded to messages at the time of filing this report.
