Female Lawyer Accuses Married Father-Of-Four Of R@pe During Livestream
A female lawyer has accused a married father-of-four, identified in German reports as Tim B, of r@ping her in front of an online audience of 1,000 viewers after they met on a dating app.
The 31-year-old lawyer reportedly met the 46-year-old armed forces worker in May 2022. According to the woman, they arranged to meet at a hotel in Mitte after matching on the app.
On May 12, the lawyer claims the encounter turned non-consensual between 9 p.m. and 11:55 p.m. She alleges that Tim initially adhered to their agreement to use a condom during sex but later disregarded her wishes.
She stated that Tim complained about using a condom and forcibly removed it. He then allegedly took out his phone, started a livestream, and r@ped her as approximately 1,000 viewers watched online.
Tim, whose full name is withheld due to privacy laws, denied the allegations, claiming the encounter was consensual. He stated:
He and his wife have maintained a couple’s profile on a sex site for seven years, and their rule is to always use protection.
The lawyer allegedly agreed to being filmed but held a pillow over her face.
He argued that when she wanted to leave, he provided her with his intercity train ticket as proof of his innocence, saying, “I wouldn’t have been so stupid if I had actually raped her beforehand.”
Prosecutors maintain that around 1,000 people had access to the livestream, stating that the recordings could significantly harm the woman’s reputation.
Tim’s case is ongoing, with a verdict hearing scheduled for February 10.
