Afam Osigwe Clinches NBA’s Top Job With Landslide Victory At The Polls
The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) has elected Afam Osigwe as its new President, marking a significant moment in the legal community.
The Electoral Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association (ECNBA) made the pronouncement at exactly 11:16 am, today at an event held to formally announce final results.
Osigwe, a seasoned lawyer with a wealth of experience in legal practice and administration, secured a landslide victory when he amassed 20,435 votes.
Osigwe, who previously served as the General Secretary of the NBA, has been a prominent figure in advocating for legal reforms and the welfare of lawyers across Nigeria.
