Chief Christopher Adebayo Ojo is a Senior Advocate of Nigeria and the founder of Bayo Ojo & Co. With a rich background in commercial law, litigation, and arbitration, he has held numerous prestigious positions, including Attorney General and Minister of Justice of Nigeria. Chief Ojo, who holds the national honour of Commander of the Order of the Niger (CON), has extensive experience in arbitration as both counsel and arbitrator, making him a key contributor to the panel.
Moderator: Seyilayo Ojo SAN
Seyilayo Ojo is a Senior Partner at S. O. & C. Legal. He focuses on arbitration training and development and has been instrumental in reviewing and reforming arbitration laws in Nigeria. He will help steer the discussion to cover all essential aspects as moderator.
