Ondo State A-G, Kayode Ajulo, SAN Appoints 273 Lawyers As Advisers
In a move aimed at bolstering legal services and enhancing governance in Ondo State, the Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Dr. Olukayode Ajulo, SAN, has appointed 273 lawyers as advisers. This announcement comes alongside the unveiling of an eight-point agenda by the Senior Advocate of Nigeria.
Dr. Ajulo disclosed the appointments in a memorandum, expressing gratitude for the overwhelming support and ideas offered by legal professionals upon assuming office. The appointees, comprising a mix of seasoned practitioners and junior colleagues, have been categorized into Honorary Advisers and Technical Advisers to the Honorable Attorney General & Commissioner of Justice of Ondo State.
Describing the terms of engagement as innovative, Dr. Ajulo highlighted the commitment to excellence, independence, and ethical conduct in the provision of legal services to the people of Ondo State. The appointees, whose names will be officially announced in due course, are expected to play a pivotal role in safeguarding the rights of the citizens and advancing the state’s legal framework.
