S’Court To Decide on Atiku, Obi’s Appeals Against Tinubu, Thursday

The judgment on the appeals filed by Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, and Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, has been scheduled by the Supreme Court for Thursday.

Both parties are petitioning the Supreme Court to vacate the presidential election tribunal’s ruling that upheld President Bola Tinubu’s election.

Dr. Festus Akande, Director of Information for the Supreme Court, told reporters that the appeals judgment is slated for tomorrow.

“Tomorrow, Thursday, has been fixed for the judgment on the appeals brought by Atiku and Peter Obi”, he said.
