Mazi Afam Osigwe SAN’s visit to the NBA Ota Branch (Utter Bar) Annual Law Dinner turned into a whirlwind of networking and professional exchanges that extended beyond the event itself. During his time in Abeokuta, he made a series of courtesy visits to notable legal figures, enhancing the bonds of camaraderie within the legal community.

Upon arriving in Abeokuta, Osigwe SAN wasted no time in reaching out to past Chairpersons of the NBA Abeokuta Branch. His first stop was a courtesy visit to ABOLADE KAMIL ADEOYE ESQ, a respected legal practitioner and past Chair of the branch. This visit provided an opportunity for Osigwe SAN to catch up with Adeoye and discuss the latest developments in the legal profession, as well as share insights on matters of mutual interest.

Continuing his rounds, Osigwe SAN paid a visit to Pat Iwu, another illustrious past Chair of the NBA Abeokuta Branch. Iwu’s contributions to the legal community in Abeokuta and beyond were highly regarded, making their meeting a significant event. Over coffee, they exchanged stories, reminisced about their shared experiences in the legal field, and explored potential avenues for collaboration in the future.

The legal luminary also made his way to the residence of Afolabi Fashanu SAN, a distinguished senior advocate, and prominent figure in Abeokuta’s legal circles. Osigwe SAN’s visit to Fashanu’s home provided an opportunity for in-depth discussions on legal matters, recent court decisions, and the evolving landscape of law practice in Nigeria. To cap off his visit to Abeokuta, Mazi Afam Osigwe SAN met with Dr. Olumide Ayeni SAN, the immediate past Honourable Attorney General of Ogun State.
