MC Lively Reveals Why He Quit Law Practice To Pursue Career In Comedy

Popular Skitmaker and content creator, Michael Sani Amanesi, aka MC Lively, has disclosed why he is not practicing as a lawyer despite being called to the Nigerian Bar in 2016.
The Obafemi Awolowo University alumnus said he was offered N5,000 to work at a law firm.
He revealed this in a recent chat with famous media personality, Chude Jideonwo.
MC Lively said he loved law and excelled at it so much. But, there was such a struggle between what he did in school and things in real life. He said things were so different.
“I mean, how do I go to law school, spend such a huge amount of money and come out as a corper, and you are telling me that you can pay me N5,000 per month? To do what?”… he said
He further revealed that it was really upsetting. And he remembered that before he got that particular job, he had to go look for work by himself in different chambers. He added that before he got that particular one, he also went to like three or four chambers, where they said, “so sorry, there’s nothing they can do”.
He also revealed that it wasn’t even an actual job but NYSC.
“So, imagine what you would have to go through even when you are done with the NYSC and you want a real job, an actual job.”
