The Chief Judge of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Hon. Justice Husseini Baba Yusuf has announced that there will be an Easter break for the court, from 15th April to 22nd April, 2022.
In a notice sighted by The Metro Lawyer (TML), the Chief Judge stated that the vacation is pursuant to Order 52, Rule 4(b) of the High court of the FCT Rules.
The court is expected to resume sitting on Monday, the 25th of April, 2022.
The Chief Judge has also appointed His Lordship, Hon. Justice C. N. Oji to serve as vacation Judge within the period.
