Legal Drama Castle & Castle S2 In Production And Coming To Netflix Exclusively

Nigeria’s legal drama “Castle & Castle” by EbonyLife was renewed for season 2 in July 2020.

The studio has now revealed that production is on track and the series will be exclusively on Netflix before the end of 2021.

Mo Abudu, CEO, EbonyLife TV shared a few details on her social media account saying that the first season of “Castle & Castle” on Netflix did so well and hence, the decision to renew it for a second season.

The first season of “Castle & Castle” had so little dialogue and legal information to deliver.

However, with a bigger budget for “Castle & Castle 2”, hopefully, the production team will consult actual lawyers for season 2 to help fill up plot holes.

“Castle & Castle” 2 is directed by Kayode Kasum, a noticeable shit from the previous season which was directed by Niyi Akinmolayan, Tope Oshin and Kenneth Gyang.

Plot of Castle & Castle 1/2

“Castle & Castle” features two married lawyers and the drama in their work lives as they try to put a grip on each other’s work ethics.

Remi Castle (Dakore Egbuson-Akande) who is returning with her title as a Senior Advocate of Nigeria would probably have more to give viewers to appreciate the character.

More so, as a legal drama, Remi and Tega are sort of expected to enlighten people about the lives of married lawyers than they are of office passion.
