“Be Strong In The Lord And In The Power Of His Might”- Maikyau, SAN Charges Christian Lawyers At Conclusion Of CLASFON’s 40th Anniversary/Conference

Congratulatory/Farewell Message From Y.C. Maikyau, SAN, Chairman, Welfare Committee of the NBA to CLASFON on its 40th Anniversary and Conclusion of 2021 Conference.

Given the humble beginnings of CLASFON, it is inspiring to see how the group has grown to galvanize a large and growing community of Lawyers of faith over the years, thanks to the sacrifices and consistency of successive leaderships and resilient followership.

On this occasion of the 40th Anniversary/Dinner, I would like to congratulate the entire Leaders and Members of CLASFON on this important milestone, which is characterized by several achievements, particularly in keeping faith with the teachings of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.

As we celebrate this great blessing, please brethren may I most humbly charge us all, to be “strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the full armor of God, so that we can take a stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Therefore I urge all of you to be steadfast so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, STAND.”

It is on this premise, that I congratulate the newly elected  Executive Committee of the Fellowship, and pray that you will be blessed with the wisdom of God which transcends all understanding to faithfully discharge the duties of the new offices.

Finally, as we conclude this remarkable 40th Anniversary, it is my prayer for the safety  and security of all conferees as they return to their various destinations and hoping to reconvene again soon.

God bless us all.
God Bless the CLASFON!
God Bless the NBA!!
God Bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria!!!
