NHIS GIFSHIP: Auta Nyada Leads NBA Welfare Committee Representatives On Branch Visit To Deliver Access Cards

The Nigerian Bar Association Welfare Committee has commenced delivery of NHIS-GIFSHIP access cards to members in various NBA branches around the country.

The Metro Lawyer (TML) reports that Mr Auta Nyada, Esq. along with other committee representative visited the Abuja and Benin branches recently to carry out this assignment.

At the visit to Benin branch, the Lion Bar, the Chairman of the branch thanked Nyada and his team which comprised of his branch chairman Sir Okhaigbe, Eddy Clement Esq. and a past National Publicity Secretary of the National Young Lawyers Forum, M. K. Habila Esq.

The Chairman thanked the team for making out time to visit thhise branch and for coming along with the NHIS cards of some his members who had been successfully onboarded to the NHIS Gifship health insurance pilot scheme.

The meeting which was well attended by learned Senior Advocates of Nigeria of the branch, Bar Leaders, and very senior colleagues of the branch, had a robust and fruitful discussion during and after the meeting.

It was also a moment to meet with old acquaintances, classmates, Junior Colleagues and Friends not limited to the likes of David Maduku, Idemudia Osifo, Authur Esene, Princes Iyomo (Amazon), Ivie Elema, Douglas Ogbankwa, Kingsley Imobekhai, Jude Ogbeide, Abraham Aluna, Some Past Chairmen of the branch, the YLF Chairman of the branch and his team, the FIDA Chairperson and some of her Excos, revered Seniors of the profession in Benin, and other wonderful colleagues.

The same warm reception was given to the representatives at the Abuja branch of the association as the Unity Bar Chairman, Moses Ebute, SAN expressed his appreciation to them for taking out time to deliver the access cards to his members by themselves.
